This company is one that EVERYONE should support. They not only dispatch goods quickly, but ordering online is easy (even for old farts like me). I had an issue with one of their diverter valves. Within minutes of my email, they responded and even though it was more than likely my fault, they did not hesitate to replace it (with some advice on modern plumbing techniques.) Thanks for supplying me with the filter. I installed it at my mums house in Biloela. (out west) The water out there is half bore half from a big dam, so the water must have a lot of minerals in it. My mum was pretty sceptical but once she tasted it - wow what a difference. The TDS meter reads about 430 on the in and about 7 on the out and no longer smells of chlorine. Thanks heaps wulf

I purchased the Matrikx undersink water filter and a Sprite shower filter and I am 100% happy with both. The water quality and taste from the Matrikx is far superior to that of our old system and the Sprite shower filter has made a huge difference, no more super dry skin after showering. Can I just say we were very happy with our last unit at our previous home, so that\'s why we wont hesitate to get another from your company.

We have been using PSI RO units for around 15-20 yrs. Our first unit was a laundry unit to fill the water bottles and the last 3 have been installed underbench. All have worked exceptionally well and when installation has been an issue Peter has been a wealth of knowledge. Goods have been delivered quickly and very well packed. Actually I feel a bit hard done by, visiting my son in his new flat, I installed an under sink filter unit, purchased from Bunnings , and frankly the Stefani single filter cartridge I bought was 1/3 of the cost and sorry to say the housing design (twin o-ring) and fitting were equal to, if not better quality, than PSI's.... go figure...
