  • K Series Cartridges

K Series Omnipure Water Filter Cartridges can come in two diameters, a K25 and a K55. The K25 is 2 inches in diameter and 10 inches long while the K55 is 2.5 inches in diameter and 10 inches long. The K series of numbers refers to the fineness of the filtration, such as a K5515 means it is 10" x 2.5" and can filter heavy metals and chlorine. The A K series cartridge can fitted with a BB or JJ connection.

  • Q Series Cartridges

The Q series water filter cartridge utilises a twist-on twist-off cartridge mechanism. These series have many re-branded names but are all manufactured by Omnipure. The numbers after the Q reflect the fineness by which the filter can treat the water. Such as a Q5515 which treats heavy metals and chlorine with its 10 inche by 2.5 inche fiter.

  • CL Series Cartridges

CL Series Omnipure Water Filter Cartridges contain granular activated carbon filters and use BB (1/4" female threaded ports) ports (ends). The CL part number 10RO means it is 10 inches long, it also has a T28, T33 or T40 at the end of its name. The T28 is a standard GAC (granular activated carbon) the T33 is a acid washed GAC which means it has increased purifying power. The T40 is the premium filter because it uses a coconut husk rather and a coal based GAC.
