Shipping and returns
Small items such as replacement cartridges are your choice by regular post or express post which in many cases is overnight delivery. Larger items such as undersink systems, whole house, and larger orders of replacement cartridges are sent normal post, delivery time is normally 2 to 6 days. Express post on these larger items can be done and it is best to call for a quote on the extra charge for that.All items shipped are insured unless otherwise specified, notice of a claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt (normal week days).
Shipment to New Zealand can be arranged on application
If a faulty item is received that will be replaced without question. Breakages by customer during installation we normally replace minor parts free but customer pays the postage. Major parts are sold at cost but this is only for breakages by customers.
If you find the system that you purchased not to your liking it can be returned for a refund, call prior to doing a return, the item must be in as sent condition and not used. A re-stocking fee will apply of 10% of total value of item.
A change of heart you can return the product (up to 30 days from purchase date)with freight at your cost both ways, the item must be in as sent condition and not used.
